I have been a part of the pageant world for nearly four years! I am currently Miss Ohio Volunteer 2023 and am thrilled to competition in June! I previously served as Miss Southern in the Miss Ohio America Organization and as Miss Zion for two years in the Miss Utah Organization. SCHOLARSHIP
More than Just the Money
Through the Miss Volunteer America Organization I have received thousands of dollars in scholarship assistance. This has helped me to obtain my Juris Doctor degree and Master of Laws in legal taxation. It has also helped me to decrease my student debt from obtaining my degrees. The scholarship asssistance I was awarded also includes generous in-kind donations from colleges in our great state of Ohio, where I plan to attend classes to improve my Spanish and American Sign Language Skills. As a B.A., J.D., L.LM, and Miss Ohio Volunteer, I hope to inspire others to see the benefits this organization provides through scholarship.
EDUCATION
My Lifeline
As an attorney I am no stranger to the importance of education. While I don't believe you have to get a college degree to be successful, I do know that education of all kinds opens more doors than we could possibly imagine. For my education, I attended Tennessee Technological University, where I graduated as valedictorian of my college. I went on to obtain my Juris Doctor degree at Brigham Young University Law School, where I was ranked in the top 25% of my class. Finally, I finished my seven years of higher education ranked as co-valedictorian of Georgetown University Law Center's Master of Laws in Taxation program.

In the Miss Volunteer America organization, each woman selects a social welfare project they will promote during their year of service as a titleholder. Naturally, due to my passion for sexual assault prevention and mitigation as well as my pre-existing nonprofit organization, when I joined the Miss Volunteer America Organization, I selected We Will as my personal platform. I got involved in this cause because I felt a sense of personal responsibility to make a change in our communities and our world to ensure no one had to endure what I have endured. I hope to help others develop this sense of personal responsibility over the causes close to their hearts. By doing so, we can and we will make the world a better place.
VOLUNTEERISM
The Heart of Our Organization
I grew up in Tennessee, the Volunteer State! So I know a thing or two about the importance of volunteerism. As Miss Ohio Volunteer, I encourage others to serve their communities in various ways. As a titleholder I have been able to work with the homeless, with children, with special needs individuals, and more on a one-on-one level. I have also been able to interact meaningful with numerous social causes, including the platforms of numerous other titleholders. It is my goal as Miss Ohio Volunteer to host service projects throughout my reign to not only engage the community with the Miss Ohio Volunteer and Miss Volunteer America Programs, but also to promote Volunteerism in our state and nation. EMPOWERMENT
Preparing Great Women for the World and the World for Great Women.
The Miss Volunteer America organization is a nationwide, service-oriented scholarship program based in Tennessee that seeks to empower young women.  I feel that empowering others is the epitome of success in this life. I seek to empower others to overcome their circumstances, no matter what they have been through, and make change in the world.
